Location - Oxford, Basingstoke, Slough, and surrounding areas, covering the South Central region.
Salary - £35,000 Per Annum
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm

Job Overview
This role will involve all aspects of responsive property as well as planned maintenance.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee maintenance of common part areas
- Painting
- Basic Plumbing
- Basic carpentry including door hanging (Essential)
- Lock changing (Essential)
- Gardening including fencing
- Bathrooms and kitchen repairs
- Furniture / Rubbish removals
- Cleaning (desirable)
- Problem solving
Skills
Personal Characteristics:
Essential
- Basic carpentry including door hanging
- Lock changing
- Driving license
Desirable
- Basic knowledge of gas boilers and electric heating systems
Behaviour
- Resilient and able to deal with people who are complex and sometimes challenging
- Keen to support colleagues and ensure business is working cohesively and to the same objectives
- Keen on strong compliance culture
- Able to work without direction
- Adaptability and being prepared to help out if circumstances require
- Keen to lead by example
