Dwello Property Ltd is a busy and growing property company managing a large residential portfolio across Glasgow and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Maintenance Operative to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role
This is a hands-on and varied position for an experienced all-rounder who is confident attending properties independently, identifying maintenance requirements and completing repairs to a high standard.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Carrying out a wide variety of repairs and general maintenance across our residential properties.
- Completing day-to-day reactive and planned maintenance.
- Preparing and maintaining properties between tenancies.
- Attending properties independently and assessing the work required.
- Identifying maintenance issues and completing appropriate repairs.
- Managing your workload effectively without supervision.
- Communicating professionally with tenants and the wider property team.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

About You
We are looking for a reliable, practical, and experienced multi-trade maintenance professional who takes pride in their work.
You Will Need
- Proven experience in general property maintenance across multiple trades.
- The ability to identify issues and carry out repairs to a high standard.
- Confidence working independently and using your own initiative.
- The ability to assess maintenance requirements and manage your own workload effectively.
- A reliable and professional approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and colleagues.
- A full driving licence.

What We Offer
- Salary of £38,000–£40,000 per year.
