Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Operative on behalf of a leading facilities management provider at a major retail and commercial destination in London.
This is an ongoing temporary night shift role supporting the on-site technical services team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical and building fabric systems.

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off
Hours: 19:00 – 07:00
Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour PAYE
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Ongoing temporary cover
Key Duties:
- Carrying out general building maintenance tasks
- Supporting mechanical, electrical and fabric repairs
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Responding to reactive maintenance issues
- Supporting site compliance and health & safety procedures
- Updating maintenance records through CAFM systems
- Working closely with the wider engineering and technical services team
- Assisting with emergency response procedures where required

Requirements:
- Previous building maintenance or facilities maintenance experience
- Knowledge of M&E and fabric maintenance
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Basic IT skills
- Understanding of workplace health & safety
Desirable:
- NVQ Level 2 in Building Fabric or Maintenance
- Experience within a busy commercial or retail environment
- Previous CAFM system experience
