We have a permanent Maintenance Operative (Plumbing) role to join our team based at Gallions Reach Health Centre, London.
£30,000 per annum (starting salary)
On call allowance
Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00
Permanent contract
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing required
Key Responsibilities
This role will deliver a full plumbing maintenance service within NHS Property Services premises, including:
- Completing general plumbing maintenance tasks
- Undertaking Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Responding to reactive plumbing repairs as required
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety, statutory requirements, and internal procedures
- Working collaboratively with the wider Estates & Facilities team
- General handyman work may also be required
- Driving licence is essential.
