Description

Dolphin Lane and Daisy Vale

£13.45 per hour

Full Time – 40 hours - Monday to Friday between 8 and 4

Dolphin Lane and Daisy Vale have an opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be split across the two sites which are a 5 minute walk away from each other, or less than a minute in the car.

Dolphin Lane offers residential support for 15 males and females with a learning disability, and people on the autism spectrum.

Daisy Vale House offers residential support for 16 males and females with a learning disability, as well as autistic individuals.


What you'll be doing

  • You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service and to support the wellbeing of our residents.
  • While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone.
  • Keeping our home in top condition, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
  • Identifying, reporting, and resolving any maintenance or safety issues, helping the home run smoothly.
  • Working with local contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure planned and preventative maintenance is completed efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate inspection certificates and records to make sure all work meets quality and statutory standards.
  • Supporting the Home Manager to continuously improve our environment and services.
