Maintenance Coordinator

We have an exciting role for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Warrington! This role is office based.

The Maintenance Coordinator will support the business to drive operational excellence and efficiency throughout the Energy Solutions business unit focusing on Asset Service and Maintenance Data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily scheduling of Mobile Technicians work, and ensuring all preventative maintenance is completed in accordance with manufacturers guidelines
  • Liaising with the customers to arrange site access and work permits, and respond to all breakdowns within the required SLA
  • Manage and record all holidays and sickness for Mobile Technicians
  • Review all jobs completed and identify any work missed or additional work required, liaise with the depots ensuring accurate stock levels
  • Provide weekly updates to key stakeholders for servicing, breakdowns and alerts, and analytical support to the National Service Manager
  • Support continual improvement
  • Form pro-active relationships with the depot network
  • Produce and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports to ensure operational excellence

To succeed in this role, you will bring the following skill set and behaviours:

  • Ability to manage large data sets
  • Experience in maintenance scheduling
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products including Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of hire products and services
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently, and collaboratively with other departments to overcome challenges
  • Experience in the hire industry (desirable)
  • Mechanical or Technical qualification (desirable)
