Key Responsibilities
- Conduct general preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of plumbing and mechanical systems, including water and medical gas supply.
- Efficiently repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot various plumbing fixtures, valves, and outlets to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain waste and vent lines using specialized tools like plumber's snakes, vacuum plungers, and jet washers.
- Collaborate with team members and contractors on projects requiring plumbing expertise, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Perform plumbing safety inspections and preventive maintenance on backflow devices (with appropriate certifications).
- Share your knowledge and provide training to fellow staff members, empowering them to safely perform light plumbing maintenance and repairs.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, coordinating additional assistance when necessary.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned to contribute to the overall maintenance of the facility.

- Minimum Plumbing City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 certification.
- Relevant maintenance experience in a similar role.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
