Emeco is expanding at Rolleston, located approximately 3½ hours from Rockhampton, and we’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join us as we establish a new site and team.
You’ll be joining a tight-knit crew where your experience and leadership are valued, with the opportunity to help shape the culture from the ground up.
If you're a Supervisor who takes ownership, doesn't cut corners and knows how to keep heavy mining equipment performing, we want to hear from you.

About The Role
- Guide and plan maintenance across our fleet of CAT 777F Trucks, D10 Dozers, EX1200 Diggers, 16M Graders and 777 Watercart
- Work with the crew across breakdown and preventative maintenance.
- Working autonomously while supporting the team and maintaining strong safety standards.
- Taking ownership of your work and accurately completing maintenance records.
What We're Looking For

- Australian recognised Heavy Diesel trade qualification and previous experience leading a team across mobile maintenance repairs
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across large-scale mining equipment.
- Ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions and take ownership of your work.
- Safety-first mindset with a strong focus on quality workmanship and teamwork.
- Australian Driver’s Licence and ability to pass a pre-employment medical and National Police Check.
