Blakeney Hotel
We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone with experience who can take responsibility for day-to-day maintenance tasks and, on certain days, act as the lead for reactive maintenance issues across the hotel.

What you’ll be doing
- Carrying out day-to-day and emergency maintenance across the hotel, grounds, and leisure facilities
- Acting as the main point of contact for reactive maintenance issues on designated days
- Prioritising and responding to urgent maintenance needs across the site
- Completing and recording daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks
- Supporting and guiding team members or trainees where required
- General repairs, painting and decorating
- Basic plumbing and upkeep of equipment and facilities
- Maintaining pool and leisure areas, including water quality checks
- Some gardening duties including lawn mowing and upkeep of outdoor areas
- Assisting with moving furniture and setting up areas as required
- Managing routine compliance checks (e.g. Legionella, flood boards)
- Keeping public areas clean, safe, and presentable
- Reporting issues and updates to management

What we’re looking for
- Experience in maintenance, plumbing, gardening, or a relevant trade
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to take initiative
- Confidence working independently and taking responsibility for the site when required
- Ability to support and guide others
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
- Physically capable role (lifting and moving items as required)
- Flexible and team-focused

Working hours
- Shifts between 7:00am – 3:30pm & 10:00am – 6:30pm
- Weekends on a rotational basis
- 40 hours a week – Full-time role
