🔧 Shift Engineering Supervisor

🔄 Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (2 Days | 2 Nights)
SRG is hiring an experienced Shift Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of multi-skilled engineers within a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineering leader who thrives on driving plant performance, minimizing downtime, and developing high-performing maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of engineers and contractors during shift operations.
- Prioritize planned and reactive maintenance activities to maximize plant availability.
- Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on industrial machinery.
- Drive preventative maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Ensure all engineering work is completed safely and in compliance with site procedures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using a CMMS.

What We're Looking For:
- HNC in Mechanical or Plant Engineering.
- Previous experience supervising engineering teams in manufacturing, processing, recycling, or heavy industrial environments.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.
- Ability to lead under pressure and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
