Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor - Prestigious London Mayfair HQ

We're recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the engineering operation at a newly refurbished, high-end corporate headquarters in the heart of Mayfair.
Leading a small on-site team consisting of one Mechanical Engineer and one Fabric Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering a first-class maintenance service, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the site operates to the highest possible standard.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor looking for a new challenge, or a Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer ready to step into their first supervisory position.
The Package:
- £55,000 basic salary
- Monday to Friday (10:00am – 7:00pm)
- Paid overtime available
- 22 days annual leave

What We're Looking For:
- Strong mechanical building services maintenance experience within commercial properties
- Excellent fault-finding and planned maintenance knowledge
- Previous supervisory experience, or the ability and ambition to take the next step into leadership
- A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 and/ or 3 or equivalent mechanical qualifications
