Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the in-house maintenance function at Annabel’s, our world-renowned private members’ club in Mayfair.
Part of The Birley Clubs, Annabel’s spans 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms, and a cigar salon. Our world-class Chefs, Sommeliers, and Mixologists deliver exceptional experiences to Members and their guests, supported by a beautifully maintained and highly complex facility.
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of the club, supervising the in-house engineering team and coordinating contractors to ensure the building, equipment, and environments are maintained to the highest standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the in-house Maintenance Engineer(s) and external contractors
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across all areas of the club
- Ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules are completed on time
- Coordinate reactive maintenance works to minimise disruption to operations
- Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and workmanship
- Manage snagging lists and ensure timely completion of outstanding works
- Monitor building systems, plant, and equipment performance
- Use CAFM systems to plan, track, and record maintenance activities
- Liaise closely with Front of House, Kitchen, and Operations teams
- Support project works, refurbishments, and improvements when required
- Participate in out-of-hours work and emergency call-outs as necessary
- Ensure maintenance standards reflect the expectations of a luxury environment

About You
- Proven experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or senior engineering role
- Strong hands-on technical background across building maintenance disciplines
- Experience managing contractors and small maintenance teams
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, high-end residential, or similar environment (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of planned preventative maintenance systems and CAFM platforms (Pronett experience desirable)
- Relevant qualifications in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing disciplines (preferred)
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to high standards
This is a hands-on supervisory position requiring both leadership capability and practical technical skills. You will play a critical role in ensuring Annabel’s facilities remain safe, functional, and presented to an exceptional standard at all times.
