Responsibilities

  • Maintain products, equipment, or systems at client sites in accordance with technical drawings, guidelines, and company standards
  • Follow methodologies and scope of work procedures and safety protocols to ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete installation tasks where qualified to do so
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area during and after installations
  • Ensure tools and equipment are clean, functional, and suitable for use; report any issues to the Client Services Manager
  • Store products and materials securely, tidily, and in line with handling guidelines
  • Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment as required
  • Communicate professionally with clients on-site, addressing questions or concerns as needed
  • Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and project managers to meet deadlines and quality expectations
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving installation issues on-site
  • Complete all required documentation, including installation checklists and sign-off forms, accurately and on time
  • Comply with health and safety practices, including wearing appropriate PPE at all times
  • To promote, adhere to, and live our trademark behaviours
  • Complete all mandatory training
  • Completion of company forms as per the minimum reporting standards
  • Adhere to all site rules
  • Role will be working in the Greater London Area
  • Experience of working within Construction standards

  • Passionate about horticulture and urban sustainability
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
  • Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or similar (preferred)
  • Awareness of plant care, irrigation systems, and green infrastructure (desirable)
  • Valid driver’s license essential
  • Enhanced DBS check will be undertaken
  • Van and equipment provided for business use only
  • Working at height desirable
  • All other training will be provided
  • Able to work at height - essential
  • Proven Supervisory experience
