What your day will look like?

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the hotel, ensuring all equipment, systems, and facilities operate efficiently and safely. You will play a key role in keeping the hotel in optimum operating condition by carrying out preventative maintenance and repairs on plant and machinery, including heating, power, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Working closely with colleagues in Front Office and Housekeeping, you will help ensure the hotel is consistently maintained to the highest standards. By coordinating daily activities, responding promptly to maintenance requests, and proactively identifying issues, you will ensure all guest rooms and public areas remain in excellent condition, supporting a seamless and comfortable experience for every guest.

What You’ll Bring?

  • Proven experience in a maintenance role within a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance
  • Relevant technical qualifications
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise your workload, and solve problems effectively
  • Flexibility to work weekends and participate in on-call duties
  • Good command of English
  • High standard of personal presentation
