Job Title: Maintenance Support Administrator
Location: Colindale, North West London
Full time: 36 hours per week (full time)
Salary: £35,000
Kisharon Langdon UK has an exciting new opportunity for a Maintenance Support Administrator to join their growing team in London.

Key Responsibilities
- Help Desk Management: Oversee the Help Desk, report and assign reactive maintenance work orders, ensuring data accuracy in the CAFM system.
- Maintenance Coordination: Ensure accurate and complete job paperwork, providing maintenance KPI and service level reports.
- Contract Management: Keep all maintenance contracts up to date in the CAFM system.
- System Optimization: Maximize CAFM system use and suggest improvements.
- Contractor Liaison: Ensure timely closure of work orders with contractors.
- Stock Management: Monitor, control, and track stock with the Estates team.
- Procurement: Assist in sourcing, negotiating where necessary, and manage supplier contracts for the best quality, price, and terms.
- Supplier Relations: Follow up with suppliers, address delays, research new products, and maintain strong vendor relationships.

About You
The ideal candidate will have helpdesk skills and a trade background, enabling them to offer basic problem-solving advice and support a busy Help Desk. Experience in determining necessary goods, services, and equipment for the company is essential. You must possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills in addition to strong analytical thinking skills. You should be a self-motivated problem-solver, be able to work under pressure and be capable to work independently and/or as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT skills are required for this role, but you must also possess strong attention to detail, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to adapt to manage change as needed.
