Maintenance Support Cleaner
Pinnacle Group is looking for a Maintenance Support Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our manufacturing site. You will be joining our Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester, Staffordshire, ST14.

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering, and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education, and office environments.
Your Role
Your role will involve cleaning a manufacturing site including:
- Industrial equipment, floors, and work areas
- Handling specialized cleaning tasks
You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Job Details
This is a Full-Time Role:
- Tuesday to Thursday: 11am to 7pm
- Friday / Saturday: 8 am – 4pm (time and one half paid on Saturday)
- Option for overtime & a potential bonus per month for no sickness and work completion

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with excellent punctuality and attendance.
- Maintain a clear understanding of operational and production processes.
- Carry out and oversee work in confined spaces and at height in accordance with relevant procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations and site policies.
- Perform physically demanding duties as required by the role.
- Remain flexible to varying shift patterns, working hours, and operational demands.
