Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Camberley, is looking for a Maintenance Team Leader!
You will be responsible for making sure all maintenance work is planned and completed safely and on time. You will also support your team, help solve problems, and work with other departments to keep the site running smoothly.

- Salary: £38,500 - £46,00
- Hours: Monday – Thursday 07.30-16.00, and 07.30-13.30 on a Friday.

Job Description
- Plan and prioritise preventative, reactive, and improvement maintenance activities across the site.
- Own the PPM programme, ensuring timely and effective completion.
- Lead and develop a team of three Maintenance Technicians, setting clear objectives and priorities.
- Manage performance, attendance, development, and training.
- Build effective relationships with Production, Engineering, Facilities, and Senior Management.
- Drive initiatives to reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and enhance maintenance processes.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Maintenance and engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is essential.
- Previous supervisory, Team Leader, or people management experience.
- Relevant engineering qualifications or certifications are desirable.
- Experience with maintenance KPIs and ERP/maintenance management systems is desirable.
