Are you a Maintenance Engineer with an electrical qualification, looking for a senior role overseeing a small team, whilst working hands-on to perform reactive maintenance on a range of bespoke industrial machinery? Are you looking to join a nationally recognised engineering powerhouse, offering a variety of day-to-day challenges, and to be recognised as a leading technical expert in the business?
In this days-based role you will be performing primarily reactive maintenance on a range of machinery, equipment, and facilities, including PLCs, 3-phase electrics, sensors, and motors. You will be overseeing a team of 5, with plenty of exciting renovations and changes to get involved in.
Founded nearly 40 years ago, this materials processing company are looking to continuously improve their site, grow their team and stay ahead in their field. Supplying nationwide, they are part of a larger group offering plenty of stability and job security.

This role would suit someone from an electrical background with PLC experience looking for a diverse, challenging role within a large, busy site, offering day-to-day variety and upcoming maintenance projects to get stuck in with.
The Role:
- Performing reactive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities
- Working on 3-phase machinery, sensors, motors, and PLCs
- Leading a team of 5 Electrical Tradespeople and Apprentices
- Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm, 40 hours a week
- Overtime paid at a premium, 10 hours a week available
The Person:
- Maintenance Engineer / Team Leader / Supervisor or similar
- Electrical qualification
