Up to £13.86 per hour

What is a Maintenance Manager?
- Vital part in the hotel’s management team, ensuring that guests enjoy a perfect Premier Inn stay.
- Hands-on approach with the team carrying out preventive maintenance to ensure facilities are maintained and in service for our guests.
- Work within budget guidelines and cost management.
- Act as a Duty Manager where required.
Skills and Experience
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role or environment.
- Experience of coaching and developing others.
- Full up to date knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation.
- Excellent organisations and time management skills.
- Engaging with customers (guests) and delivering great experience.
