37.5 hours per week

Rate of Pay

Up to £13.86 per hour

What is a Maintenance Manager?

  • Vital part in the hotel’s management team, ensuring that guests enjoy a perfect Premier Inn stay.
  • Hands-on approach with the team carrying out preventive maintenance to ensure facilities are maintained and in service for our guests.
  • Work within budget guidelines and cost management.
  • Act as a Duty Manager where required.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role or environment.
  • Experience of coaching and developing others.
  • Full up to date knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation.
  • Excellent organisations and time management skills.
  • Engaging with customers (guests) and delivering great experience.
