Maintenance Team Member

You perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.

What you will be doing:

  • Ideally have a good understanding of building maintenance.
  • Manage maintenance projects and work in accordance with hotel’s quality requirements.
  • Alongside the Maintenance Manager you ensure all basic upkeep and repair tasks are carried out.
  • Are responsible for preventative maintenance work and carry out regular safety and maintenance inspections across the hotel to create a pleasant and safe environment for all colleagues, guests and visitors.
  • Manage and supervise team members in their day to day tasks, providing instructions and support, if needed.
  • Supervise contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel required.
  • No VISA provided, right to work in UK needed.

Additional Training Provided

  • Possibility to join Engineer Trust Training after the 3 months probationary period.
    • Level 2 – Property Maintenance Operative
    • Level 3 – Building Services and Maintenance Engineer
