About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician at 88 Wood Lane, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment. You will be responsible for a range of maintenance tasks to keep our property in top condition.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct inspections and identify issues in apartments and common areas.
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of maintenance areas and tools.
- Coordinate with external contractors for larger repairs and projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to handle emergency situations and after-hours work.
