Maintenance Technician
This role is Monday - Friday

What is Uncommon?

What will you be doing?

  • Maintain all our office buildings, completing general repairs and minor maintenance tasks including repairing locks, fabric repairs, filling and redecoration.
  • Inspect, install and troubleshoot building equipment and systems, including appliances, ventilation and control panels, identifying and reporting any issues promptly.
  • Carry out routine compliance and safety checks, including Legionella water flushing, emergency lighting testing and fire alarm checks, ensuring all tasks are completed to the required standards.
  • Work as part of a larger team, collaborating with colleagues and contractors while keeping track of maintenance tasks and outstanding works through a CAFM system.
