Schedule
- Sunday - Thursday: 9am - 5:30pm
- Off days: Friday and Saturday

- Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape.
- Complete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property’s systems in good working order.
- Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame.
- Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with supervisor.
- Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections.
- Maintain workplace safety policies and standards, including current COVID-19 standards.
- Rotating on-call responsibility for emergency maintenance repairs.
COMPENSATION
- $25.00 - $26.00 / hour

Qualifications
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You have at least 2 years of maintenance/facilities experience.
- You’re able to work our emergency on-call rotation as needed and can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift.
- You are committed to exceed expectations of those around you by providing exceptional service.
