Join LSH Auto as a Maintenance Technician at our prestigious Mercedes Benz dealership in Solihull. We are looking for a skilled technician who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of vehicle performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a premier automotive brand while being part of a dynamic team.
Welcome Bonus: £2000
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £31,500 - £58,000 OTE
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Performing maintenance, service, and repairs on a range of Mercedes Benz vehicles.
- Diagnosing vehicle issues and executing repairs to the highest standards.
- Replacing parts, fluids, and consumables as required while maintaining accurate records.
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Providing reports on vehicle conditions and upcoming service requirements to the service advisors.

To Be Successful, You Should Have:
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience as a technician in the automotive industry.
- Outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail.
- A full UK driving licence (essential).
- Commitment to continuous learning, particularly regarding electric and hybrid vehicles.
