Plant Maintenance Technician

What You Will Do
- Install, repair, and maintain equipment and facilities to support reliable production.
- Diagnose mechanical and operational issues, make effective corrections, and run adjustments to maintain production and quality.
- Test equipment after repairs, changeovers, or extended downtime, ensuring safe and dependable performance.
- Record operational data for preventive maintenance and accurate set-up information.
- Review production schedules and carry out planned maintenance when equipment is not scheduled for production.
- Support continuous improvement activities by proposing and delivering productivity, process, and quality enhancements.

What You Will Bring
- A relevant qualification, alongside experience in plant maintenance.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to deliver practical solutions quickly.
- Familiarity with maintenance documentation and effective inventory management for spare parts and consumables.
- Comfort working across maintenance planning, production support, and safety sign-offs at the start of shift.
- Desirable experience in injection moulding, with a willingness to develop further in a fast-paced production setting.
