CBRE GlobalWorkplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, are recruiting a mobile handyman to join the team. You will be located in the East Coast of England (Grimsby, Colchester, Hornsea, Humberside).

What You’ll Do
The Role:
- Perform preventative & reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across all building services systems.
- Repair floor & wall coverings.
- Responsible for other building maintenance & installation works as required.
- Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, Filter Changes AHU’s / FCU’s and Basic Plumbing requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Oversee and liaise with contractors across site.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment logs.
- Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate records of compliance.
Working Hours
8am – 4:30pm
Monday to Friday
Overtime possibilities
What You’ll Need
- Experience of working in high profile work environment.
- Previous fabric experience advantageous.
- PC literate.
- Good Customer relationship skills.
