Join LSH Auto as a Maintenance Technician at our prestigious Mercedes Benz dealership in Solihull. We are looking for a skilled technician who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of vehicle performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a premier automotive brand while being part of a dynamic team.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £31,500 - £58,000 OTE

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Performing maintenance, service, and repairs on a range of Mercedes Benz vehicles.
  • Diagnosing vehicle issues and executing repairs to the highest standards.
  • Replacing parts, fluids, and consumables as required while maintaining accurate records.
  • Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Providing reports on vehicle conditions and upcoming service requirements to the service advisors.

To Be Successful, You Should Have:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a technician in the automotive industry.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • A full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Commitment to continuous learning, particularly regarding electric and hybrid vehicles.
