We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician (Electrical Bias), offering an exciting opportunity to play a key role and contribute to our ongoing success and the delivery of exceptional care.
About The Role
The board is seeking to employ an electrically biased maintenance technician who will maintain building services for the Hospital, Hotel and associated areas and provide technical support to other departments as required on a 24/7 basis.
The post holder(s) will be part of a trained multi-skilled team interacting across electrical, mechanical and plumbing skills. They are responsible to the Maintenance Supervisor on operational matters and accountable to the Estates Managers.

This is a rotating shift position three days on, three days off, three nights on, three days off.
About You
The successful candidate will have served a recognised apprenticeship and hold relevant City and Guilds or equivalent qualification. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a wide knowledge of all trade skills utilised within the Healthcare built environment as they will be required to work as part of a multi-disciplinary workforce.
As the post holders will be working within a close-knit team, good interpersonal and communications skills are essential.
