General Maintenance Technician

Location: Antrim

Salary: £33,069.86

Position Type: Permanent

My client is on the lookout for a Maintenance Technician to join the team.

You'll carry out a range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including building fabric repairs, groundworks, and basic plumbing. You'll ensure all assigned sites remain safe, compliant, and operational. The role is mobile and will cover a number of sites.

Key Responsibilities – Maintenance Technician

  • General building fabric maintenance – e.g. Basic Joinery, Painting, Basic plumbing and minor floor repairs (Tiling and Vinyl)
  • Carry out hard landscaping/groundwork tasks: laying slabs, minor brickwork repairs, block paving, kerbs, concreting, tarmac repairs, and fencing
  • HVAC filter cleaning
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation
  • Identify issues beyond repair, undertake survey, and escalate with recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to uphold site standards

Qualifications & Experience – Maintenance Technician

  • NVQ or City & Guilds in a relevant trade
  • Multi trade background

On Offer – Maintenance Technician

  • £33,069.86
  • 45 hours per week
  • Overtime (x1.5)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holiday
  • Company pension scheme (matched up to 5%)
