As a key member of our Engineering Maintenance team, you'll play a vital role in keeping sophisticated production systems operating at peak performance. You'll work with advanced automation and manufacturing technologies, helping to drive productivity, quality, and continuous improvement across a fast-paced production environment.
No two days are the same. From fault diagnosis and preventative maintenance to supporting automation projects and process improvements, you'll be at the heart of a highly skilled operation delivering industry-leading standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize downtime across production operations.
- Carry out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance activities.
- Support safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing performance.
- Maintain and troubleshoot advanced automated systems, including:
- Industrial robots
- Automated welding and joining equipment
- Conveyor systems
- Complex tooling and fixtures
- Lifting and handling equipment
- Contribute to continuous improvement, equipment upgrades, and automation projects.
- Promote and uphold a strong safety-first culture.
We're looking for individuals who combine technical expertise with a proactive, positive approach and a genuine passion for engineering.
Essential Requirements
- A recognised engineering qualification such as:
- Advanced Apprenticeship
- NVQ Level 3
- City & Guilds
- BTEC Level 3
- National Diploma
- Equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Maintenance Engineering
- Previous maintenance experience within a manufacturing, production, automation, or industrial environment.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-moving operational environment.
