We are looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our UK Operations Team in Kingswinford. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in ensuring our production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
What Will You Do?
As a Maintenance Technician, You Will
- Perform preventive and planned maintenance on production and operational equipment to maximize uptime.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records within the maintenance management system.
- Identify and implement improvements that increase efficiency, reliability, and equipment performance.
- Respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns and develop preventive solutions to minimize future disruptions.
- Support and train colleagues on the safe and correct operation of machinery when required.
- Prioritize maintenance activities to support production schedules and operational goals.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.

What Are We Looking For?
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial equipment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and basic knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required.
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
Preferred Qualifications
- CNC milling and/or lathe machining experience.
- Experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Continuous improvement or lean manufacturing knowledge.
