From HVAC systems to plumbing repairs and cosmetic enhancements, Maintenance Technicians are vital in ensuring resident satisfaction. They are personable individuals with exceptional technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hands-on work.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
  • Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
  • Consistently exemplifying the Wasatch brand.
  • Embodying an owner's mindset.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
  • Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following:
    • Electrical Systems
    • Plumbing
    • Appliances
    • Flooring
    • Carpentry
    • Heating and air systems
    • Pools
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies

Benefits and Pay Range:

  • The pay range for this position is $17.00 - 20.00 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!
  • Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
