Perform technical tasks across preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with service deadlines, quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies while delivering a high level of technical support to customers.
The role will initially support field service activities across customer sites and is expected to transition into a dedicated site-based maintenance position supporting customer operations.
Candidates must be based in the Rockingham area.
Your Tasks And Responsibilities Will Be As Follows
- Execute service jobs according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely and high-quality interventions.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with maintenance plans, technical procedures, and safety requirements.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance activities nationally or internationally based on operational priorities.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical failures on customer equipment.
- Install, assemble, test and commission electrical and mechanical equipment at customer sites.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance via telephone or remote support channels.
- Conduct inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Deliver customer training on the operation, maintenance and safe use of equipment.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, ensuring professional service delivery.
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports, documenting interventions, corrective actions, spare parts usage and equipment status.
- Maintain accurate service records in CMR, SAP or equivalent business systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through the review of maintenance processes, procedures and working methods.
- Ensure compliance with company policies relating to Quality, Environment, Health and Safety.
- Following the initial field service period, provide dedicated on-site technical support and maintenance activities at an assigned customer location.

Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance, field service, automation or industrial technical role.
- Experience working with electrical and mechanical systems within industrial environments.
- Experience in fault diagnosis, repair and maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Experience working directly with customers in a service or maintenance environment is preferred.

Academic Background (preferred)
- High School Diploma and/or Technical Qualification in Maintenance, Automation, Electrical or Mechanical disciplines.
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field is advantageous.
Technical Skills
- Electrical Schematics Interpretation.
- Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting.
- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.
- Lifting Equipment Maintenance.
- Industrial Safety Standards and Protective Equipment.
- MS Office.
- ERP Systems (SAP or equivalent).
- Technical Reporting.
- English.
