Maintenance & Handyman – Central London
We’re looking for an honest, reliable person who is genuinely looking for a long-term, full-time job and wants to become part of a family-run company. You must already live in the UK and be able to work here. It sounds simple, but finding the right person has been harder than expected! The role will involve travelling around Central London to carry out general maintenance, inspections and assessments across our various sites. Every day will be slightly different, so we’re looking for someone practical, dependable and able to use their common sense to get things done.
The person we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a handyman, maintenance worker or in general construction is preferred.
- You don’t need specialist qualifications or training, but you should have a good understanding of basic construction and trades.
- You should be practical, willing to learn and able to work things out for yourself.
- Honesty and reliability are extremely important to us.
- You must have the legal right to work in the UK and be able to provide the relevant documentation.
- A driving licence would be helpful but is not essential.
- We will provide you with a company van and all the tools you need to carry out your work.
- Where specialist work is required, you’ll have support from experienced tradespeople.
- Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to work hard, learn and build a long-term career with us.

What we offer:
- £28,000–£35,000 per year, depending on experience and the person we find.
- Company van provided.
- Tools and equipment provided.
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm.
- 28 days’ holiday, including bank holidays.
- Training and qualifications paid for by the company where appropriate.
