Our client, a prominent organisation in the utilities sector, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Maintenance / Compliance Supervisor to join their team. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage compliance and maintenance initiatives with a focus on ventilation and fire safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance operations related to ventilation systems and fire safety equipment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and legislation.

- Lead a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and support to foster a culture of excellence.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure optimal performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in maintenance and compliance supervision, preferably within the utilities sector.
- Strong knowledge of ventilation systems and fire safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to safety and compliance.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse team.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, safety management, or a related field are highly desirable.
