Life on the team

You'll join our Process Integration and Management team in a role that goes beyond standard operations. As part of a dynamic and supportive environment, you'll help support critical service processes across change, problem and major incident management.

This is an opportunity to develop broad ITIL experience while working collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers. You'll provide business-hours support for change control and join the team's on-call rota to support major incident management when required.

What you’ll do

  • Provide business-hours support for change control, helping to maintain governance and compliance throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Contribute to Problem Management by identifying trends, analysing root causes and supporting resolution planning.
  • Participate in a typically one-in-four-week on-call rota to support Major Incident Management following escalation from the Computacenter Service Desk.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to support effective service outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll need

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
