Senovo is seeking Makaton Support Assistants
Senovo is seeking Makaton Support Assistants for full-time contract assignments in Brent.
Role Overview
You will use Makaton alongside speech, symbols, visual prompts, and structured interaction to help pupils with autism, SLCN, or learning disabilities communicate choices, needs, and ideas. You will reinforce approaches set by teachers, SENCOs, and speech-and-language professionals and support participation throughout the school day.

Key Requirements
- Current practical Makaton experience is essential; a recognised course or certificate is preferred.
- QTS is not required.
- Pay is £100–£125 per day PAYE.
- Right-to-work, references, safeguarding checks, and an enhanced child-workforce DBS apply.
