FULL-TIME MAKEUP ARTIST | LONDON
We’re looking for an experienced Makeup Artist to join a prestigious beauty team within one of London’s most iconic department stores.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Makeup Artist who loves creating beautiful looks, connecting with customers and delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience.
About the role
As a Makeup Artist, you will:
- Deliver personalised makeup consultations and applications tailored to each customer.
- Use your strong makeup artistry skills to create a variety of looks, from natural and everyday to occasion and statement makeup.
- Educate customers on products, techniques and application, helping them feel confident in their choices.
- Build strong, genuine relationships with customers and create a memorable experience every time.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and consistently exceed customer expectations.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the counter.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up to date with current makeup trends and techniques.
- Support with events, launches and in-store activations where required.
- Maintain a beautifully presented and organised counter, ensuring the highest standards at all times.

About you
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience as a Makeup Artist within a retail environment.
- Has excellent makeup application and consultation skills.
- Is confident educating and advising customers on products and techniques.
- Has a genuine passion for beauty, makeup and customer service.
- Is warm, approachable and confident when building relationships with customers.
- Has a strong commercial awareness and enjoys working towards sales targets.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.
- Takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Is professional, enthusiastic and a true team player.
