The Search: Key Responsibilities
As a Trinity London Makeup Artist, your days will always follow a spark of excitement.
💊 Daily Duties
- Ring-a-ding dong it: Greet and engage every customer on the counter, delivering stunning customer service—from initial questioning to that seamless sale.
- Add conducting magic: Your personal consultative approach is key—introduce the Trinity London Match2Me experience, secure appointments, and deliver those transformative transformations.
- Behind the scenes:
- Perfectly recommend products to achieve the desired looks (moody? radiant? epic?) and predict treatment choices (oily skin? sensitivity? ambition level?).
- Execute pre-booked make-up appointments, from tried-and-true classics to collaborative dream-worthy styles.
- Crush sales targets with infectious product advocacy and upselling to maximise opportunities—cross-sell skincare and add-ons to inspire volume wins.
- Talent a star team play: Help achieve overall sales goals through collaboration with the team.
- Make the workspace glow: Organise the makeup section to look vibrant and inviting, curate and update attractive displays for new arrivals, and brand-new trends.
- Sanitise with style: Maintain a sanitary and professional workspace, keeping tools and stations sterilised and customer-ready.
