Role: Makeup Artist
Location: Selfridges Trafford Centre
Hours: Part-time - 24 hrs (3 days)
Salary: from £13.50 per hour + market leading commission

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup consultations and applications for both pre-booked appointments and walk-in customers.
- Offer expert advice on product selection and usage based on individual customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain high standards of display, hygiene, and product knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and education teams to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in makeup and skincare to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Create a welcoming and inspiring environment encouraging customer loyalty and engagement.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Previous experience in retail or as a professional Makeup Artist, preferably within beauty or cosmetics.
- Strong passion for makeup, skincare, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to cover retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach to challenges.
- Attention to detail, cleanliness, and professionalism.
