About the Role
Fox & Cubs is seeking an experienced and versatile Male All-Rounder / Housekeeper / Cook to join a private family of three in Kensington, London.
This is a long-term opportunity for a hands-on professional who is confident managing both high-standard housekeeping and fresh, healthy family cooking. The successful candidate will work alongside an existing housekeeper and play an important role in keeping the household running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, have excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable adapting to the changing needs of a private household. Experience preparing Mediterranean cuisine, particularly Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese food, would be highly valued. The family also travels internationally for extended periods, so the successful candidate should be happy to accompany them when required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh, healthy, and well-balanced meals for the family, with a particular focus on Mediterranean cuisine.
- Prepare a variety of Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and other European dishes.
- Maintain the household to a high standard through regular housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Manage laundry and other day-to-day household tasks as required.
- Work collaboratively and respectfully alongside the existing housekeeper.
- Assist with household errands, shopping, and other practical tasks.
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the household and respond flexibly to the family's needs.
- Maintain a professional, discreet, and respectful approach within the private household.
- Accompany the family during extended periods of international travel.
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and well-presented family home.

Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a private household is essential.
- Strong housekeeping and cleaning skills.
- Excellent cooking skills, particularly with Mediterranean and European cuisine.
- Experience preparing fresh, healthy family meals.
- Confident driver with a safe driving history.
- Reliable, proactive, and hardworking, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible and comfortable undertaking a variety of household responsibilities.
- Able to work effectively as part of an established household team.
- Professional, discreet, and well-presented.
- Comfortable around dogs, as the family has a small Maltese.
- Willing and able to travel internationally with the family for extended periods.
- Looking for a long-term position with a private family.

Working Details
- Location: Kensington, London
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am–6 pm
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
- Employment: Long-term
