Lifeways is recruiting Male Support Workers in Walsall to support adults with learning disabilities and autism to live happy, independent and fulfilling lives. What You'll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you'll work alongside individuals to help them live the life they choose. Your role may include:
- Supporting people with daily living tasks
- Encouraging independence and building confidence
- Helping people take part in hobbies, activities and community events
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Supporting people with moving and handling needs (full training provided)
No two days are the same, making this a varied and rewarding role where your support can have a lasting impact.

Contract and Shift Information
Full-time - 37.5 hours per week
Our services operate seven days a week and include a variety of shift patterns:
- 7:00am to 2:30pm
- 2:30pm to 10:00pm
- Waking nights
- Alternate weekends
