Job Title: Fit Model – Men’s Footwear Size 7, Wide Fit.

Location: On-site, Manchester, Northern Quarter.

Rate: £180 per session.

Contract terms: Ongoing, ad hoc work until December; flexibility needed.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Foot Fit Model to support our footwear product development process by providing consistent and accurate feedback on the fit, comfort, and sizing of our shoes. This role is critical in ensuring our products align with our USP and meet the expectations of our target customer profile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in regular footwear fitting sessions across various product categories.
  • Provide detailed, consistent feedback on fit, comfort, and sizing to design, development, and merchandising teams.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with size specifications and customer fit expectations.
  • Maintain consistent foot measurements as required for fit accuracy.
  • Assist in wear testing and provide feedback on performance, durability, and comfort over time.
  • Support the refinement of fit standards based on real-world feedback.
  • Represent the target customer profile in terms of foot shape, size, and proportions.

Requirements:

  • Must meet specific foot measurements and proportions as defined by the brand’s fit standards (UK Mens Size 7, wide fit width).
  • Ability to articulate fit feedback clearly and consistently.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable availability for scheduled fittings and wear testing.
  • Previous experience in fit modelling.
