NTP Performance Analyst – West
Join us as NTP Performance Analyst – West and use cutting-edge video, data and analysis to accelerate the development of Scotland’s highest-potential young players. Working alongside NTP coaches and Scotland U20s, you’ll turn performance insight into impactful learning that helps players reach their potential.
The Role
Supports Players And Coaches By
- providing objective feedback and insights to shape individual development plans;
- improving players’ technical and tactical understanding;
- teaching players how to use analysis as part of their off-field learning;
- tracking performance across training and competition; and
- co-leading performance analysis for Scotland U20s during major campaigns.

What We’re Looking For
- Performance analysis expertise – confident capturing, coding, reviewing and presenting training and match footage
- Data interpretation – able to turn performance data into clear, practical insights for players and coaches
- Experience delivering performance analysis within rugby or another high-performance team sport.
- Experience supporting talented or developing athletes, ideally within an academy, pathway or age-grade environment.
- Experience working directly with coaches to inform player development, training design and performance review
