Forevermore Care is looking to recruit a new Service Lead to join our established team in the Crewe area. You will be joining a fantastic team of carers to support an individual in their own supported-living home.
Shifts: This is a full-time position, day shifts with sleep ins.
Pay: £13.88 per hour + £50 per sleep in (approx. £35,000 per year)
As a service lead, you will be managing a small team of support staff and helping to ensure that the care delivery for the client is of a gold standard. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring client finances, completing monthly quality checks, managing your team rota and liaising with the client's professional support networks.

Experience in a senior/leadership position in the care sector is desirable, however we will consider individuals who have worked in the sector for a substantial period and are looking for the next step up.

- Experience working in the care sector (preferably as a Senior) is required. A full training & induction programme will be followed to ensure you feel fully prepare to undertake your duties.
- A kind, holistic and compassionate approach.

This role is located in Crewe but is commutable from Congleton, Whitchurch, Sandbach, Drayton Market, Leek, Northwich, Alsager & more.
