Hours: 2 hours per week term time including weekends, 6 hours per week school holidays including weekends
Area: West Denton, Newcastle Upon Tyne
Rate: £13.70 per hour
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced personal assistant for a loving 13-year-old boy with Autism and Sensory Processing Disorder. This role requires an experienced individual with a background in supporting individuals with neurodiversity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Olly in accessing the local community
- Accompany and support him to his chosen activities
- Ensure his safety at all times

Role Requirements:
- A good level of fitness due to Olly's physical strength
- Coping strategies to manage Olly's occasional dysregulation
- No personal care or toileting needs required
- Ability to engage in sensory stimulating activities such as swimming and trips to local parks
About Olly:
Olly is a happy, easy-going young man who enjoys a variety of activities. He loves computers and anything related to Star Wars or space. He is independent in eating and drinking and enjoys a good Sunday roast with lots of veggies.

- Preference for a car driver with a full clean UK driving licence
