We're looking for caring, reliable and motivated individuals to join our friendly Supported Living team in Kensington, Liverpool. Whether you're experienced in care or looking for a rewarding new career, we'd love to hear from you.
About The Role
As a Support Worker, you'll build positive, trusting relationships with the people you support, helping them to live as independently as possible while achieving the goals that matter most to them.
No two days are the same. You could be:
- Supporting people with daily living skills and promoting independence.
- Providing personalised support, including aspects of personal care where required.
- Encouraging participation in hobbies, education, employment and community activities.
- Supporting health and wellbeing, helping people build confidence and develop new skills.
- Working as part of a supportive team that puts people at the heart of everything it does.
