We are currently recruiting for staff members with a caring and compassionate nature to support our new client who has recently moved into their supported living home in Macclesfield. Our client requires support with their mental wellbeing, so experience working in similar care settings is preferred. As this is a new client, if successful, you will be a part of a brand new service team!
This is a full-time position, 32 hours per week and averaging two sleep-ins per week.
Who will you support?
He is a young adult who is massively into fitness and sports. He would thrive with support staff who have similar interests as him, to promote a healthy lifestyle and go to the gym with him and be active including going for walks, sporting events and more.

- Experience working in the care sector is beneficial due to the support requirements.
- A full UK Driving Licence is ideal
- A thorough training & induction programme will be followed to ensure that you feel fully prepared to undertake your duties, however pre-existing knowledge on key areas such as safeguarding and person-centred care is always welcome!
- A kind, holistic and compassionate approach.
- A willingness to work as a team and deliver exceptional care and outcomes to those we support.
