Job Title: Male Support Worker
REESON Education are recruiting for a male support worker in a special needs college in Tower Hamlets. As a support worker, you will be assisting pupils with their day-to-day needs in both the classroom and the community. There are permanent roles available for the right people.

Requirements:
- Support Worker experience is preferred but not essential
- Ability to commute to Tower Hamlets easily
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, term time only, and have no visa restrictions
Role Description: We're looking for Support Workers to work with the college, supporting young adults who have learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and behaviors that challenge. The college has various services in the area, including other campuses. As a support worker, you will be based at the Tower Hamlets site, but there may be the opportunity to transfer later if that is something you want.

Typical Day:
- Supporting our pupils to engage in day-to-day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond
- Supporting our pupils with social activities and connecting with family and friends
- Working as part of a class team, as this support worker role is based in the classroom
