Are you an organised, customer-focused professional who thrives on keeping delivery on track? At Evotix, we’re looking for a Managed Application Services Co-Ordinator to oversee the coordination and delivery of customer work through our Managed Application Services team, ensuring requests are managed efficiently from start to finish.
You’ll act as the central point of coordination between customers and consultants, driving clear communication, effective scheduling, and seamless delivery. If you’re someone who brings structure, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer service, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact on customer success and delivery excellence.
What You'll Do
Work Planning & Coordination
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate work across the Managed Application Services team, ensuring priorities are effectively balanced and delivery commitments are met.
- Work closely with consultants and management to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and help keep delivery activities on track.
Resource Management, Reporting & Administration
- Monitor consultant utilisation, capacity, and time recording, providing visibility of workloads and supporting effective resource planning.
- Produce operational reports and management information, maintaining accurate records that support governance, planning, and continuous improvement across the Managed Application Services function.
Service Administration & Governance
- Own the triage, prioritisation, and coordination of requests within Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring work is accurately assigned, tracked, and progressed.
- Maintain clear oversight of work in progress, ensuring tickets, activities, and delivery information are kept up to date and aligned with agreed processes.

What You Bring
Essential:
- Strong organisational, planning, and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and changing customer requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
- Experience producing operational reporting and management information to support business decision-making (dashboards).
- An understanding of resource planning, workload management, and utilisation tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Desirable:
- Experience working within SaaS, technology, professional services, or customer support environments.
- Experience using ticketing, service management, or case management platforms, such as Salesforce Service Cloud.
- An understanding of service delivery, managed services, or customer support operations.
